or install a realtek hd driver without Nahimic in order to get the standard equalizer back.
(also do u have a link to one of the realtek hd drivers, thanks)

on my audio manager, i have 2 "sound effect" tabs... + 1 "room correction" option
one has the regular equalizer and the other has the nahimic sound effects, i can basically use both.
Your audio manager seems incomplete, so i would redownload the manager and or drivers, from MSI or the Realtek website.
The equalizer etc has to be downloaded from MS store . and its pretty basic.
Thats with an X570 Steel legend mind you . So could well be wrong .

yes for me it does so, however, i only use the normal equalizer anyway, i have no use for Nahimic
i guess by switching to a driver without Nahimic or installing an older realtek audio manager.
