cpu
amd a4-9125 at ~2.3 ghz, 2 core
gpu
amd radeon r3, no dedicated VRAM
ram
4gb ram
directx
ver. 12
the r3 igpu is not very strong but capable for most games at lower settings
but amd ahtlons are too very for source games
4g of ram is also too low for win10 to run smooth by itself let alone trying to play a game
the igpu will use system ram, so that will be another limiting factor
save up for a new build if you can
one with a dedicated gpu and 16g of ram
brand makes little difference, but better cooling will let it run faster for longer
you cant get a good gaming desktop for $500, not going to ge a gaming laptop for that range
