monitor ghosting but infront of objects
I bought an asus tuf VG27WQ1B and i have ghosting trails in front of bright objects. I have played with asus overdrive but it doesn't seem to help.
Any help would be appreciated

That's haloing.
It's caused by the overdrive setting, which causes pixels to change colour faster (so you prevent ghosting), but it causes the colours that are changing (where the object was, and is going to be) to change to the incorrect colour.
The best thing you can do, is turn the overdrive setting right down to it's lowest, which will cause ghosting all the time (on a VA panel.)
If it still does it then, return it because it's unusable.
