New PC - 2nd BOSD after one month?
I got this computer in mid-October.

For the most part, it presented no issue. Until one day (about a month ago) I came back to my PC after eating, to see that the desktop was tinted purple. Soon after noticing, the screen went to the BOSD error and rebooted. Here is an image of the first error that happened a month ago:

Today, my computer crashed and had another BOSD, this time being the 2nd time: https://imgur.com/a/D29qD6i

I can now safely assume it'd be a good idea to use the warranty on this computer. But I must first address the possibility that it could be the ram. When I got this computer, it came with a single, dual channel 8GB stick. I checked online for the compatible ram to be used with this motherboard/CPU, and bought a 16GB set of corsair vengeance LPX @ 3200 MHz. I have a feeling this is the culprit.

The reason I'm concerned about the RAM, is: 1. It is the only thing that has remained the same with the past 2 PCs I've used - I replaced the 8GB DDR4 stick with the 16GB set (yes, in the correct slots). The last one I used warranty because of a weird visual thing on youtube with chrome. This one also had this 16GB set of RAM.

Now, how I will go about replacing this RAM by getting the money back; I'm not sure. I'd assume using a different brand would be a start. This issue is entirely intermittent, so it'd be hard to rule out RAM by slotting in the initial 8GB stick it came with as a control.

If you can decipher anything meaningful from the BOSD error images provided, please let me know what you'd think would be best to do. If there is an issue with the image link, I can always post the text directly here.

Thanks

Here are my specs:

Monitor: ZOWIE RL LCD (1920x1080@60Hz)

GPU: 8192MB ATI Radeon RX 580 Series (XFX Pine Group)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard: ASRock b450m/ac (AM4)

RAM: 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) @ 3200

PSU: EVGA 600W 80 gold plus

Storage: 1863GB Western Digital WDC, SSD: 223GB Western Digital WDC

OS: Windows 10

One last thing to note - I always noticed something off about the computer despite major crashing. I did an entirely clean install of Windows 10 several weeks ago. As for the oddities I encountered, for example, the LED on my mouse would sometimes go out but still function, or the windows menu would act sporadic when trying to select an option.

Sorry to tell you but that isnt Win10's fault, its yours because of how you use it that you get those errors.
