Ram for Ryzen 5900x ?

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3466MHz C16 or 3600MHz C18 Which is best, i am getting 2x16gb, I currently have 4x8gb 3200MHz C16 but as i have realized it is not the AMD optimised version so i am sending back to change it.

It's ok, ignore those. So what settings are you using now? I forgot that the dram calculator is still not updated for the Ryzen 5000.

Sorry maybe i think i didnt make it clear, i am currently using a Zen+ Cpu a 3400G, not a 5000 Series, my 5900x is on back order along with my Stric Oc 3080, so i am using this as a placeholder, so settings are 2933MHz 14-14-14-14-28, i can still leave those 3 lines on Default then ? thanks for your help.

Yes just ignore them, trfc is important, the other ones no..i think they don't even work? Not sure but just leave them be.

Also what did you pick in the "Memory Type" section? You have to pick the right memory to make it work the best, your memory is either Hynix CJR/DJR or Samsung b-die i'm not sure, you can check it out in a program typhoon burner, use this easy tutorial it's just 10 mins.

Yeah, it'll be b-die..ok cool, make sure to test if it's error free. The best way is to install MemTest86 on a usb and run it from bios, it takes around 2,5 hrs i think..but you can also use the included Memtester in Ryzen Calculator, run it at least for an hour, if it doesn't find an error, you're probably 99% safe.
