You would need to check if the site selling it is a reseller and not a normal store and if it's a normal store see what the prices have been since the release through some kind of tracking website that shows the prices since release.
Yes, pricing is probably screwed up in part because of supply issues. I mean take the Nintendo Switch, before the pandemic it was $249 USD and there's been such high demand during the pandemic the price has been in the $400-$550 USD price range. Demand is far outstripping supply.
And the 30 series has had supply issues since day one of launch. And then your country is probably not a the biggest market that's going to get supply priority. And that's not to say what the normal costs are of importing that hardware to your country, or the taxes. Pricing gets real messy real fast.
Yeah, wait for pricing to return to normal or supply to satisfy demand.
I mean after all in late 2017 and early 2018 GPU prices were all screwed up because of the run on crypto mining. The solution was to wait for the bubble to burst and prices to normalize.
And again in his case there's also other factors that make converting HRK to USD to derive the price problematic. There's usually reasons why things don't convert to 1:1.
Since Best Buy is still pricing these at the msrp, ie: Founders Ed. for 499.99, I'd say: on paper, 861. 28 USD is a rip-off. But in reality, the seller is pricing it according to the marketing trend in one's area because in all likelihood, that's what people are willing to pay (based on supply, tariffs and seller greed).
edit to correct some pricing values.
Newegg is currently sold out. Best Buy is sold out. Micro Center is sold out. These are the ones pricing the rtx cards fairly.
