your monitor needs to be set to higher Hz first, and you need to enable g-sync on the monitor.

Are you using HDMI or DP?

Sometimes it doesn't show up though.

Wipe gpu and monitors out using the ddu app, change the options so everything gets wiped for things like Displays and GFE. Allow the safe mode option. Exit the options and then the ddu app and relaunch it, select Safe Mode > Restart options.

Make sure GSYNC is enabled in the Monitors on-screen menu settings.

Use DisplayPort, nothing else for gaming PC.

After you wipe out Nvidia via Clean and Restart option. Install latest GPU Driver package from nvidia.com

When finished installing, restart Windows, then go to Nvidia control panel and enable; RGB + FULL. Set desktop to native screen res and highest available refresh rate. Once this is applied, enable GSYNC in Nvidia Control Panel
