radeon image sharpening dx11 ?

After some youtubing about it ( i still can see differences,maybe im blind i don't know) ,i heard is not supported on dx 11 yet(?) I have it always on at 100% so i can't tell the difference,the only dx12 games i play are borderlands and battleflied 5,and ghost recon breackpoint..i tried to turn it off and on while in game but i don't know if it works or not.
Now im gonna try lower the res scale with it off and turn it again on..
any tips from someone who know how it works/make it work?

And maybe some info about gpu scaling..it mean i can lower the res and still have the same screen ratio / ui or something?And by cranking up the sharpening should make it look like 1080p?

Ok image sharpening works if i turn it on on the game graphic settings and not from global settings.
About scaling i don't thing it works i tried all resolution and none of them looks right,it's like gpu scaling is off or i don't know what purpose it have,maybe works just for older games??
