What gpu should i get for $300-$350 CAD :: Hardware and Operating Systems

What gpu should i get for $300-$350 CAD

currently have a 1050ti
and a 3600
with 16gb of 3400mhz

and a 750w PSU with 2 8pins and a single 6 pin

for $300-$350 CAD what gpu should i get? (i can maybe push it to around $400 CAD)
i can't really afford the new 3070 at $499 USD ($656.98 CAD)
and the 3080/3090 are going to be too expensive for me currently
let alone the scalpers right now

so far i'v been looking at used 1070 for about $300 CAD/ Used 1070 ti $350
though once you factor in shipping on
ebay for these they are about 30-50$ on top to canada plus its used.
and new 1660 supers for about $325 ish (the 1660 Ti seems kinda pointless for $425 )
then the 2060 for $450 new (there is one on amazon right now for $419.99)
the 1080 also looks aright for about $400 used but i'v never gone used
and i haven' had a great experience with ebay in the past. (that said i wouldn't rule it out)
let me know your thoughts on what i should get.

lastly i guess ill mention this
but i really don't care all that much for RTX
it's just the 2060 is a pretty fast card for the price.

Are you dead set on nVidia? If so, you're sort of answering your own question. A GTX 1660 Super (new) or GTX 1070 (used) seem to be your best options without going over your budget.

Is saving to get the RTX 3070 later an option? If so, how long would it take, or you just want the upgrade now regardless?

5600 XT is the best in that price range on paper. There were stability issues with AMD's panic overclock at launch, I haven't heard about it in a long time so I assume it has been worked out.
