Need Some Help With A Weird File

Hello everyone, I was going through my CCleaner and checked the Tools/Startup and found a very strange program. This is what is shows me. I tried to look up online and didnt find if this was a glitch or a virus or what.

When I do check that folder, there is nothing in it. I can right click and go to it in the Registry Editor. Thats about it.

What do you guys think? Thanks for any help. Im kinda scared to restart or turn off my computer. Dont need anything running that shouldnt.

It's in the temp folders just delete the folder. It's just something leftover from an install. If you're that concern it could be linked to something dodgy do a scan using Malwarebytes or similar

most likely something you installed has a cleanup entry for when the pc is restarted
you can delete it, or runonce let it finish and remove itself (winkey+r runonce)

if thats all cc found its most likely safe to run and let it finish and cleanup itself

by default win10 does not reboot on shutdown, it goes to sleep then wakes resuming all that was running before(not triggering runonce), instead of doing a full shutdown and reboot on startup
with a fast ssd its faster to startup again vs resuming

to fix so windows will not use hibernate on shutdown
start -> run/search -> cmd (run as admin)
powercfg -h off

Some games and programs creat multiple directories yes they are empty when the program is not running

u can delete it and the program will creat it again

unless u uninstall that game or program associated with it

so in other words its normal
