Critical_Process_Died
Hello everyoneee!

So I got some new parts in the past month.

New parts:
CPU: Ryzen 3600

GPU: PNY 2070 Super Mini

Fans: 2x140mm SilentiumPC Mistral 140 PWM intakes

Old parts:

MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus Elite B450 AM4

RAM: 2x8GB (16GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB 3000MHz ( downclocked to 2933)

Sound Card: SoundBlaster Z

PSU: Seasonic M12II-EVO Edition Bronze 620W

OS SSD: Kingston A2000 (96% health)

Games SSD: Kingston A400 (99% health)

Other drives: one old 320GB drive and one 1TB 7.2K Barracuda.

Fans: 3x120mm SilentiumPC SigmaPro PWM

I have adequate cooling and temps never go above 80C. Ran OCCT and prime95 without errors. I changed from a Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT to this 2070 Super because of those blue screens that sort of went down in number but they are still there.

All drivers were properly installed and a clean windows reinstall was made when I got the parts, even after the swap between the 5700 XT and 2070 Super. I usually know my way around PCs but I just can't figure this one out. I'd love some help.

Error code: Kernel Power 41

Windows shows: Critical_Process_Died before restarting out of BSODs.

Try a different (better) PSU if you can borrow one from a friend. I don't think it is definitely that PSU, but can't rule it out until you try.

Critical process died is the core internals of windows also known as the Kernel a vital process that keeps the OS functioning is crashing the system. I need more context please download BlueScreen View and look at the crash dump reason.

Don't have that possibility unfortunately. Though this PSU tends to make some whizzing noise or humming or even both when I start the game and the power usage ramps up.

Ok so I changed my PSU cables from 2 PCIE power supply to 1PCIE and am extension. It could be a dual rail issue so I'm gonna give it a try
