Issues with Razer Kraken Tournament Edition

Can anyone provide some possible ways to fix sound issues I'm having?
When switching to a different source of audio, for example, from a youtube video to a game or while playing a game getting a steam message, there is a short, sharp crackle at the first instance of the sound being played. My volume will randomly go quiet for no reason when listening to music it will just adjust to a lower volume out of nowhere, sometimes volume straight up sounds muffled or like it's underwater. At least half the times the synapse options dont actually do anything as if my headset isn't recognising im pressing buttons and also the microphone is really quiet and I don't know why. My friend has my volume on 200% on discord and says I sound like I'm really far away and when testing it for myself, the microphone picks up my voice at like 20% of volume when im speaking really loudly.

I tried uninstalling both synapse and reinstalling and I also removed my audio drivers with ddu and reinstalled and nothing's changed.

The sudden sharp crackling and popping is the worst.

Not sure what else I can try.
