I just wish they bought a waterblock for it and put it under a loop, given their love of water cooling.

Well plus Titan-V is Volta GPU Family; there might not really be much available yet for water-blocks. Not un-common to see until the GPUs just below that Titan release.

They are making WBs for it, EK is selling them on their site. Bitspower also has one.

I'm more of a fan of Aquacomputer as I remember EK messing up with the CSQ and recently on the Threadripper blocks... don't even remind me that nickel plating fiasco either. Lol.

But I do have couple EK waterblocks on my current main rig and yes, they are good.

Adding up, I think they might be CPU bottlenecked in PUBG, because I never dip down below 60 at high on UHD with my 1080 Ti. They kinda thought the same as well (in was mentioned on the end page). I'm not sure if the 7700K is fully able to feed the Titan V in CPU intensive games, even at 5 ghz. I have a 4.4 ghz, 3200 cache 7820X BTW.

Also, the cooler seems to be terrible. 80C in games at %100. I recall the 1080 Ti stock cooler peaking up to 4500 RPM at %100, it was very loud. About time Nvidia started using AIOs like AMD on their high end GPUs.
