Is this PC VR ready?
I am new in such things like systems, hardware etc.
I want to know, will H3VR, Payday 2 VR work on this PC?

If no one understood polish in this one I am going to write down the specs below.

CPU: Intel Core i5-7400
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GT OC
Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-D
HDD: 1TB Seagate BarraCuda 64MB SATAIII 7200rpm 2RZ
SDD: None, but can buy later.
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT Gray 8GB DDR4-2400 UDIMM
Power Supply: Corshair VS Series VS450 450W

(If anybody cares about those below)
Sound Card: Realtek ALC887
System: Windows 10 Home Trial
and the hot look of the Carbide Series SPEC-03 RED LED

I am going only to purchase an SSD, I just want to know if VR will work on it.

As I know VR ready counts from GTX 1060.

VR ready doesn’t really mean much, more of just a label given to certain things to encourage someone to buy the product. Although i do admit my gtx 1060 is labelled VR ready and i handle VR just fine.
Games that would even state something like 970/1050 Ti; yea thats for VR games that offer Visual Scaling; many do not. You want a 980/1060 6GB, minimum

And an i7 + 16GB RAM + SSD

It will work technically, but will not always be a smooth experience.

At the absolute least, you'll want a 1060 6GB, and even then that'll struggle on demanding titles.

With a 1050 Ti or 1060, you'll be able to play a lot of the cheap indie titles, virtual chats, work sims, etc, but nothing substantial.

As VR evolves, games will mature into actual games, rather than banking on the novelty of VR. We've started to hit that point, with some AAA titles coming to VR, and that system you linked just won't cut it.

To maintain a positive and smooth experience, you need to maintain a solid 90 frames per second at 2160x1200 (Current gen Rift and Vive) and even higher for other headsets and upcoming headsets. Keep this in mind when searching for a VR capable PC.

VR costs a lot of money at this time. Even the games costs a lot of money. Honestly, if you don't have the dough, don't bother. VR isn't here for the masses just yet.

Yeah, it's slowly advancing though. HTC for example recently announced the new Pro version of Vive.

I wouldn't do serious VR with less than a 1070.

VR will work, but doesn't mean you can run every vr title.

"But vr ready is on my gtx 1050 ti box !!!111"
Just means, it's vr compatible without being specific.

Less demanding games may will work smooth, but games like fo4vr not rly.

If you wanna rly go with vr, I would upgrade the rig first instead of spending $600 on the vive.
So yea, upgrade first, vive later, or both (depends on your budget)
Wouldn't buy the vive for 2 games.

Upgrade min.
Gtx 1060 6gd5 or 1070
2nd 8gb kit (make sure it's the same)
Replace the crap psu.
And a decent ssd like samsung, crucial, wd/sandisk, pny or so. (If you care about top notch hardware, go with samsung evo) But coz of your mobo, no m.2 ssd.

Yeah I was interested in the Vive pro, however the fixed, or atleadt lumpy section if you remove them puts me off, as does the £800 price that doesn't include anything but the headset, that's well over a grand all in, sadly, there doesn't seem to be any games for vr that are worth that kind of expense yet, guess I'll continue to wait.

With that said OP, you'll want a recent i5 or 8th gen i3 and probably a 1070 if you want to turn things up and maintain the 90fps VR wants in all titles.
I always think of VR ready the same as HD ready..... lowest you can get for VR or HD.
Oh well, guys thanks for the replies they mean a lot for me.
But sadly I do not live in a country where the currency is Euro or USD.
In poland the prices of things are 4 times higher.
You guys have htc vive for 700 Euro, i have for 3000 PLN.
You earn 3000 Euro per month, I earn 3000 PLN per month.
But when I am going to get my new PC, I'll try to upgrade it.
I ordered a Rift some time ago but the sucker didn't send me the kit and the money came back to my credit card. I was kinda interested in Doom VFR but oh well, might buy the Vive Pro if it comes to the stores here. Not coming with sensors is really dumb though, agreed with that.

Since things are that much more expensive for you, then you need to be that much more sure that you want VR.

VR just isn't ready for the typical consumer, no matter how they advertise it. While the hardware has advanced to a point where it can be a consumer product, games just haven't really gone anywhere. So far, most games are lackluster experiences with limited content, riding on the wow factor and novelty of VR. We're starting to get there, and VR has promise, but as it stands, it is extremely lackluster at this time.

So I'll wait until HTC Vive or Oculus prices go down a bit.
In a few years VR is going to be a lot better, I know it, but I am very impatient.
For example once I've saw the gameplay of Payday 2 VR and H3VR I instanly wanted to buy a better PC and VR.
