Should I disable Superfetch and prefetch services?

If you have a HDD type = it should be on.
If you have an SSD type = it will already be off cause the OS saw you have a flash drive and turned it off by default cause SSDs dont benefit from these "caching" methods.

However this is only true when your OS is installed to either Drive Type as I have explained.

Win7 and later, when install those OS to an SSD, SuperFetch gets auto-disabled because the OS was written in a manner to know and then disable things your SSD wont need.

But as a means of double checking; if you install a Windows OS to an SSD; after installation has completed; double check in the OS that SuperFetch IS Disabled; and that TRIM IS Enabled.

PreFetch works slightly different; don't worry about that; that is changed manually in the Registry; no reason to go fooling around with that setting.

I generally do. But they're disabled by default for SSDs anyway.

Don't touch it. Leave everything to default.
