G403 mouse stutter
Hello, I have a new Logitech g403 mouse, it has been working excellent in last 2 weeks, but before a few days, mouse started stuttering. It mostly does in games, but sometimes also in Windows. I tried basics, like turning off mouse acceleration, trying another mousepad, plugging mouse into another port or reinstalling its drivers. Maybe, there was an Windows update that broke it? I saw many people have this problem, I tried doing what they did, but it doesnt work. It works OK on notebook, but i tried it only for a few minutes. Also, i tried my another mouse pluging into PC, it worked OK even in games. Maybe, its just a broken one and i should RMA, but it worked normally for 2 weeks and randomly started stutering :/ Any tips?

Same thing happening to me right now. It just started doing it randomly after a few months of usage (4 more or less). I want to think its software related because I really liked this mouse. Its the wireless one. If you find out anything please respond! I am looking into it right now.

Do you have the Logitech Game software installed? Does it still stutter if you change your polling rate to 500hz? Have you tried another USB port?

I'm using the Wired 403 on fully updated Windows 10 (patched Tuesday) with no issues that I've noticed.

Hi, if I remember correctly, i had to change my mousepad settings in logitech software app. Right now i have it set on default, tuned and it works fine, so you may try that and let us know if it works. I have got the wired version, but that doesnt matter i think.

Have a look on your driver latencies with latencymon if w10 and see if you got constant spikes happening could be a sign of a buggy driver/software causing you the stuttering.

Check your manufaturer page for updated chipset/usb related drivers if it exists or look in device manager and see what you got listed for universal serial bus drivers etc and try to check if its a known issue to that driver.
