Video editing Jog Dial / Shuttle.

Does any one know of or can recommend a Jog Dial / Shuttle controller that is compatible with Windows Movie Maker / Premier Elements 14 / VLC* / Media Player* ?

I plan on updating my editing software at some point this year, unsure to what exactly but I'll still use Movie Maker as it's quick n easy for a simple crop or stitch.
