In general, professional graphics is more about precision, not performance. Even for 3D.
If you sold your b250 and g4460 and bought b360 once released then the i5 8400 would be similar in performance and allow you to go up to the i7 8700 too if you wanted.
Similarly you could also get b350/h450 and Ryzen.
To get the 7700 IMHO only make sense if used and discounted. Like ni it was €120.
I wouldn't mix mhz, will work effectively at the lower speed.
If possible try to buy the same ram.
A decent cooler is ~ 25-40 bucks, like cryorig h7 or c7, bequiet shadow or pure rock/pure rock slim.
Since gaming is not a focus, maybe a quadro in the future?
You can still play games, but more not rly demanding title like half-life 2 or so-
Maybe some new title, but also depends on the quadro.
I will go on an internet adventure for the lowest prices.
Since aftermarket coolers are so cheap I will probably buy one.
By the time I have the money to buy one there will be different cards on the market anyway...
