Screen Tearing in HDMI to VGA adapter
So recently my Gpu Gt710 stopped working and my motherboards's vga slot was also not working so i bought a hdmi to vga converter but with it i am experiencing screen tearing wile gaming unless i turn on V-Sync its not a problem of fps cause my gt 710 used to give me around a 90-120 fps on csgo without any visual tearing so what might the problem be beacause i want buy a gtx 1050 so should i buy another dvi to vga converter or shouldstick with a graphic card having a vga slot
my monitor is Samsung Sync Master B1930

well more fps then your monitor refreshrate will always end in screen etaring no other way around. Also chanching from an digital to analoge signal isnt always garunteed to work nor does it really help with the input lag. Best would it to get a new monitor (for CSGO 144Hz) supporting DP (Display Port).

DVI & VGA has been outdated/obsolete for years.

but one thing i dont understand is it worked fine with and end to end vga connection of a gpu giving more fps than refresh rate then why is giving trouble on inbuilt graphics also what about a display port to vga adapter

please take time to write your post. depciphering your post is a mess (tho I have seen worse). And I still dont understand the 2nd half.

Also I never said that it wont work, I said it is not garunteed to work.

You can't use VGA on newer GPUs; VGA is dead it's time to move on.
