You have an asus mainboard?. Its a generic driver installer called from task scheduler, (instv2load.exe). Try deleting everything in the windows/temp folder or maybe removing the entry from task scheduler. Also as its an asus driver installer package i would suggest that you ensure all your drivers have actually been installed.

Yes its an asus motherboard Prime z270-p asus , I've al so tried playing a rebox movie and asks for a program to run it brings up windows market place....

As i already said, those are my suggestions. unless anyone wants to chime in with more info. Me guessing at it is not going to help further.

The message suggests that its looking for its driver package on a cd/dvd, if the drivers are needed i would try disabling whatever it is in task scheduler, download them directly from asus website and install.

YEEEEESSSSS!
I was going crazy with this problem and you guys helped me a lot! I had disabled/unistalled all the programs in my startup list and still had that annoying message.
Deleting everything in windows/temp did the magic. Thank you all so much, for posting the problem so neatly and for the solution too!

Thanks for the tip, this also solved the problem on my ABS Gladiator with the Gigabyte Z490 UD AC: https://www.newegg.com/abs-ali454/p/N82E16883360038?Item=N82E16883360038

Exact same computer I just bought and disabling the loader in task scheduler worked. Funny this problem was fixed on a steam discussion post lol.

Hey guys, same issue here. Just bought that same ABS 3070 build. Unfortunately I cannot figure out what you guys are saying in regards to "disabling the loader" and clearing the windows temp files I have done a few times. Still get the dumb message

It's called "InstAllLoad" in the ASUS folder in task scheduler. worked for me tonight at any rate.
