Response time is 11.9ms (motion blur)
Input lag is 26.5ms
If you are used to PC monitor which are much faster, unfortunately you will find it blurry and not as responsive. For reference most monitor nowadays are around 5ms response time and 15ms in put lag, or lower.

Here are screenshots of those pages just in case.

This is the "Motion Blur" the OP is experienceing:
https://www.cnet.com/news/what-is-the-soap-opera-effect/
If the OP turns it off....they will not have any perceived input lag. The only feature that needs to be truned on is the "Game Low Latency".
Then the problem is on your end some how. What are your PC specs and what games are you trying to run?
Oh, and this article should interest you a bit. You have a long history of troll posts...so it is not making it easy to trust your judgement on the matter.

Yes yes we know, you don't perceive input lag because sorry to be blunt, you are used to a horrible TV from 2012 with 55ms input lag. Us, on the other hand, are so used to 15ms or lower input lag. We can't stand 55ms input lag, period. Game mode can not fix it, it's not magic. Look at Display Lag database, check the list, Ctrl + F 40L5200U.

OP, please ignore him. He claims many thread OP to be trolling. See, now he's posting the same Rtings review I posted.
High response time WILL LEAD TO MOTION BLUR AND GHOSTING. A response time of <6ms is ideal for gaming.
Go to here

And check motion blur and ghosting with a camera.
I used filters...much easier to fins it that way.

Of course the input lag is going to be bad at 120Hz....that is why GAME MODE reduces the refrsh rate to 60Hz and shuts off any kind of video smoothing process. When I refer to "Latency" I refer to the fact that all it takes for my TV to chage colors per pixle is 8ms. It is aterm used by the TV market..but you already knew that....so please leave me alone and stop badmouting the OP's and my equipment. Nobody percieves input lag at 55ms....it would be vilating the laws of physics if you could. The OP's TV has a color latency of 14ms...which is the cause of his ghosting problem. The "Frame smoothing " tech on his tv is the issue....and it causes ghosting.
