Does system restore brings back uninstalled games?
Just curious.

it depends on what kind of restore you are doing.. if your doing a "rollback" to a previous date and the games are on the MAIN drive ie the drive with system restore enabled then yes it will bring those back IF they were installed at the time the system image was created.

i really dont recommend rollback its better to do a "clean/full" restore in which case you will have only default software..

What is the purpose you need to do it for?

Honestly, system restore overall is fairly pointless feature. Mostly meant to help be a fail-safe of sorts for something that may install wrong, like a Windows Update, Driver, etc. As anytime you install something, a system restore point gets created. If you are going back in time for games or really far back in time, I would just suggest not do that. If the OS is truly messed up, clean install the OS. If you need a game back, reinstall it.
