How to use the integrated graphics on the i7 7700k while a video card is installed? Is it possible?
I need to see and test something.

If I got to take the video card out that is fine just wanted to make sure first.

Yes, just hookup another Display to a video output on the Motherboard, this will make that display use the Intel GPU.

Thanks do I have to have another monitor ?
Well yes of course, you can't actively switch GPUs, the GPU used will be based on where your Displays are actually plugged into.

With one display, sure you can power down the PC, disconnect Display from dedicated GPU card and plug into Motherboard to use the Intel GPU. But then you need to repeat this process to go back to using the dedicated GPU again.

...or probably your monitor has two inputs, so you can connect both. And, btw, there is no reasons to turn off your PC. All modern interfaces support hot plug.
Yes for testing sure, you could do that:

Run another cable from Display to Motherboard (Intel GPU) and simply switch to that output on the Display. Might give you a black screen for a brief moment while Windows picks that up and starts using the Intel GPU. But yes you can hot-plug if need be as long as the connection is HDMI or DP.
