Was there anything on there you wanted to save?
Have you put the install program onto the USB?. If so plug the usb into the computer and boot it up and select it as boot device. Windows install/setup should show up and tell you what to do next.
If you haven't combined the setup with the usb, do that with the directions others said earlier.
When you ran the microsoft program for media creation did you choose to put it onto the usb or save it as a iso?. I meant .iso when I said "the install program". If it's already on the USB then plug it into the computer and turn it on to install.
how did you create the usb installer, rufus or windows 10 media creation tool?
If you have more then one ssd/hdd, disconnect any secondary drives first.
If still won't boot off the usb, go to bios and change uefi mode to legacy. After OS is installed, changed it back to uefi.
Uefi (press enter and options are something like "legacy" or "disable")
Both options mean the same thing.
Because most modern laptops in the last few years or so, when it's in uefi mode it will not boot from any optical drive or external drive source. This is to prevent accident via other forms of boot media.
