Logitech G Pro X Keyboard?
I noticed, you can remove Switches without Soldering. Is the G Pro X the only Keyboard that doesn’t require soldering to replace switches?

Definately not the only one. But I'm not sure which ones allow user swappable switches.

Are their any Mechanical Keyboards that I can swap Key Switches without needing to do any soldering?

Yes, there are plenty.

Would be my go-to if you've got the money.

Drevo do some keyboards with swapable switches too, they're more budget oriented though.

I'm sure there are more than that, it's just a matter of looking.
It's not just unique to Logitech, and in-fact, you can use normal Cherry switches in Logitech's keyboard afaik. The only problem is it could move around a bit (practically nothing though.)

i have some cheap mechanical keyboard called the tecware phantom, you can take out the switches but it will only fit the outemu switches though
the phantom elite varient can accept things like gateron and kailh, but i have no idea where you can get that version

Gateron, Kailh (/Razer), Outemu, and Cherry MX are all pretty much the same, since they're all Cherry clones.
So, how it 'doesn't fit', I don't know, could you explain further?

No, there are definitely others. Consider the Drop ALT [drop.com]. Alternatively, you can always build your own hot-swappable keyboard with parts from kbdfans [kbdfans.com]. If you're not sure what parts to buy, there's a featured hot-swappable kit you can check out at KBD67 MKII [kbdfans.com] that's up for preorder.

the two pins on outemu switches are thinner than other brands, trying to put other brands would end up just bending the pin
some people had luck with kailh box switches, but on mine it was a no go
