the corsair vs650 is fine or is necesary buy the more expensive corsair RM650x or other psu?

who picked the components?

go with either intel k and z board or ryzen
no point in a non overclockable build

the stock cooler is more then enough for the locked cpu

get a corsair cx or tx, or evga or ssesonic bronze or better psu

Like people have said above this build doesnt make whole lot of sense with expensive CPU you cant overclock and liquid cooling for it and avoid that PSU like a plague.

Well the Corsair VS series really IS bottom of the barrel and I would not recommend this to anybody, for that price there are better alternatives that are not quite as bad.

Nope we recommend Tier B and up.
