I'd say just feel around on mice with a good sensor and the number of buttons you want. Possibly care about how long the buttons will last too.
If I hadn't already kept the G203 I guess I could had ordered the Kone Owl-Eye when it was on a discount but that didn't happen.
I had the first gen DeathAddr and mine multiclicked but the switches is hopefully better now.
All mice so far hurt my wrist if I play a lot.
Asus, Logitech and Corsair are far better built.
Just find one you like to hold among them.
G203 is likely too narrow for me and only have 10 million clicks and I still kept it. Which is weird. But I thought it was nice. But maybe the roccat would had been nicer ...
