msi b150 gaming m3 blue light boot error
Hi, my mate just bought himself a 1050ti 4gb and as he was putting it in he sorted everything out , but when it was time to boot, he just kept getting this flashing blue light.
I navigated him through resetting the bios, we changed back to his old card and tried with no card, yet no luck. What could be causing this to happen?

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Disconnect the power from psu to wall. Reseat all power cables and the RAM. He could have done something while replacing the gpu as PCs tend to hold some charge after shutdown. It is always advised before working on one to discharge it by spamming the power button a few times to get rid of any residual charge.

Blue light from where? Not the screen getting signal and not because the computer reboots all the time?
