It probably is a 1080p monitor with a max supported resolution of 1440p. it cant display true 1440p if the physical panel only have 1920x1080 physical pixel
on a 27in 1440p is a good res
but if the display is only 1080p, it cannot show a higher res
change windows to its native and disable dsr/vsr
I did enable virtual super resolution thing and i can go to higher resolution, but looks worse above 1920x1080p.
Was just curious, but 1080p is perfectly fine.
But I think the monitor is really a 1080P, so stick with that.
Look up the specs online at the manufacturers site to double check.
I got used to it in a day, on my 24" 1440p display at 100% scaling.
And I use 80% scaling in browsers.
vsr/dsr make everything blurry since its not using the displays native res
its rendering a higher res and scaling it down to the displays res
