psu brand/model?

post a cpuz validation link
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
cpuz -> validate button -> submit button
it will open a browser, copy the url (address) and paste it here

Not gonna lie, last time I got a Code 43 error the GPU was actually dead.

There are a few things you can attempt first but don't get your hopes up:
1. Install all pending Windows updates
2. Clean reinstall the latest GPU driver, that means download straight from the NVIDIA website and not Windows Update
3. Run the Troubleshooter in Settings>Update & Security>Troublshoot
4. Power down the PC including the PSU for 10 minutes and reboot

If all of the above fails, prepare an RMA under valid warranty.

Q Max means it's a Laptop.
If forcing an uninstall in Device manager, rebooting and then reinstalling the driver doesn't work, it's dead.

so if its dead that mean i need a new piece of hardware ?

Well
if the laptop is still under warranty youd have to send it in

Im not sure if Max Q GPU's are replaceable or not

With that said
as mentioned by someone else
Clean uninstall the drivers with DDU in safe mode, accept when it asks to disable automatic driver installs (this can interfere if not disabled)

Download the latest notebook driver
When installing select DRIVER ONLY
Then Custom Install
only have the Driver and PhysX selected
And install

Go from there and see what happens before attempting to RMA the laptop

Oh, and make sure the laptop is plugged in and not running off battery.

You need a new laptop.

If under warranty from the maker, contact support and do a warranty rma return/repair
