Best gpu for r3 2200g ?
I have ryzen 3 2200g and 16gb ram ( dual channel 2666mhz )

I've been looking for gpu and rx 590 8gb & 580 8gb, in my country they have the same price.

Which gpu is better for my processor , I don't wanna deal with bottleneck.

go for the better card "rx 590" if they cost the same... ignore the term bottleneck as it probably doesnt work like you think...

Upgrade the gpu first and see how you get on. I had a r3 2200g paired with a 1070ti for a while and was surprised how good it was. Even ran oculus rift without issues.
