Ps, for what it's worth cpu-z says 123.9 watts on x4 965BE pumping 1.419v to it for a small overclock.
Pss, HWMonitor says under Powers Package 117.6 watts whatever that's worth with the same x4 965BE 125w tdp cpu. Running P95 changes nothing.

total system consumption 145w under cpu load.. the 95w vishera uses less wattage than zambezi. the fx-4300 95w uses the least the fx 83XX/e 95w uses the most. in terms of 95w cpus
your consumption will depend on the motherboard and the cpu itself good cpus with good binning will run stock on much lower vcore which reduces power consumption. good mobos have better vrm phasing/voltage control and allow more stable voltages at less vcore
