Depends on where and with what you're streaming..

The GPU is fine, RAM MAY be fine but 16GB would be better..

The problem is the CPU which would probably bottleneck the 1060 and be bottlenecked by that low resolution..

So in all
Streaming through Steam may be doable, but dedicated Streaming like on Twitch and so forth may be iffy.

If the games aren't demanding and you stick to streaming @ 720p/30
It should be ok.

I'd highly suggest a clean install of Win10 64bit 1803 though.

The CPU is going to result in a choppy stream for the viewer unless you stream it at a very low Res / bitrate.

6300 and 8350 fair nearly the same.

Stream to Twitch @ 720p/30 FPS @ around 2500-3000 kbps

Try some test streams and see how it goes.
You can save the VODs when done streaming so we can have a look as well.

even with better RAM your CPU would still hold you back for the most part.

Best thing to do would be to just attempt to Stream something and see how it goes

Not a great streaming machine but it might help if you try and OC your 6300 to 4.4ghz if you have the cooling.

Do you have a budget for any upgrades?
