MSI Afterburner How to limit FPS
I have the program but I think I made a mistake in when installing it, I didn't check the option to install Rivaturner with it or whatever side program comes with it that would let me limit my FPS. Do I have to reinstall MSI Afterburner or can I simply run the installation configuration again and add the side program?

RivaTuner has the limiter, not Afterburner. Reinstall it with RivaTuner checked.

Thanks. Also, when I limit the framerate, do I have to have Vsync on as well?

No, unless your panel doesn't have FreeSync/G-Sync.

Well, it doesn't. Also, I've read that if using Vsync with it, then I should make FPS limit 59 to avoid input lag.

Limiting to 59 will decrease input latency a bit, but will introduce a consistent stutter every second. Try it and see if it works for you, if you're a mouse/keyboard player - you might not even notice the stutter.

You limit the framerate to get smooth gameplay with consistent response time, and you use VSync to remove the screen tearing. Those things are not connected, so if you're sensitive to tearing - use VSync.
