It's a pitiful dualcore with a not really brilliant integrated videochip.
The system requirements list the desktop version of videocards. Let's take an entry level videocard from nVidia as comparison:

This actually compares rather well, only because both are terrible.
And I wouldn't bother putting Win10 on it since the hardware is so old I doubt you would have proper drivers for everything.
BM - you are right about WIN10 by the way - runs like a dog....
Was recommended to use WIN8 and that is great!
But yea for PC Games, save up and build a desktop or buy a better modern laptop.
