Alright thanks, i just read one topic by googling, that someone had loose port and he claimed moving the usb plug every so slighty, improved his lag, which was apparently massive, if the plug was slightly in different position.
It got me paranoid, and got me thinking maybe it adds lag to me too, but just less or something. He didnt specify if he got issues outside gaming though, so maybe he just got faulty device or something.
I was orginally going to buy wireless gaming mouse, but my router is too close to the dongle and i wasnt sure if it would affect wifi signals. I didnt want to order one and then send it back the next day, if it indeed messed up the wifi.
Another factor i decided not to buy gaming mouse is that my laptop is junk tier, and the increased polling rate might have affected performance too much. At least i read very mixed reports.
I got my mouse wire in check, thanks to tape, so its no issue.
A modem/router shouldn't be that close to any PC, move that further away.
The port on my laptop. One of the usb ports is looser compared to other usb ports on the laptop, which feels more tight
This is when plugging in the same exact mouse to other ports, so its definitely the port.
It stays there just fine, but it wobbles with just light touch. The other ports barely wobbles.
Im buying new table soon, but for now i got no other place for the router or its distance.
What if its very close, less than one metre away from mode?
Thanks. So, it either works, or doesnt.
Also, i mentioned the about someone having mouse lag issues with loose usb port, i read it with more attention, and they were talking about some specific Alienware laptop, and someone else mentioned same issues with that same laptop, so i believe its issue with that particular laptop. Probably a design flaw or something.
Hmm, when i buy new desk, i might just buy wireless then, i HATE mouse cable anyway. They're too stiff and gets in my way.
