Ram firmware update always fails after latest Icue update.

My ram’s lighting was working fine before I updated Icue. Right after the update there wasn’t a problem with the ram and it even detected my motherboard but after I started having problems updating my ram’s firmware which always resulted in failure and my motherboard doesn’t even show up as an option anymore. Bad Icue update? Something else? What Gives? Any answers will be appreciated.

I've heard something about Icue simply not cooperating. I'd see about uninstalling then reinstalling Icue which will in a way update the software without actually downloading the update.

Reinstall iCue, and don't touch firmware. Half of the time, you end up breaking the connection between the software and product

Uninstall icue, reboot, clean the registry with Ccleaner > Registry > clean. Reboot and install latest version of icue

disable windows defender and av when doing firmware updates like that

Also may help to only boot with single ram dimm installed amd update the firmware one by one. If one ram update fails it could be faulty ram

Have you turned off the computer then unplugged the PSU and wait for five minutes then plugin and start the computer? Also, what are the system specs?

I updated RGB Fusion then RGB stopped working. I restarted PC and power unplugged, it work.
