Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool Fail, help wanted.
The last couple days I've been having some issues when playing RDR2 where my cpu will hit 80-100% usage which I've never seen before, so I ran this test and this is what I get. My cpu is an i7-3770

So I uninstalled MSI afterburner, I'm not using it so I figured I should uninstall it, turned off my pc and cleaned some dust off of what I think was the cpu cooler fan, turned the pc back on and ran the test again and passed, should I still be concerned though?

Probably thermals. How much dust came off that cooler?

Well, there you go.
Good luck.

It was a CPU load test that failed...
So does that have to do with thermals or things running in the background that could interfere with the test?

And as far as that goes
When gaming make sure you close out anything that doesnt need to be running that MAY take up some CPU cycles, may or may not help with CPU usage, but with demanding games and older CPUs high CPU usage is not uncommon.

3rd gen i7 is getting older

can also be caused by case airflow, or mobo vrm config/cooling
if its a k, tone down its oc, or tweak voltage (unstable + cool = raise voltage) (too hot = lower voltage)
