Most color accurate smartphone display?
Important:

Not talking about the most oversaturated displays with fancy names like "ultra high definition high dynamic range AMOLED", but the most accurate and natural color reproduction.

Obviously, not a single smartphone is even close to good enough for professional color grading.

However, let's say you had no choice but to do professional color grading on a smartphone, rather than an actual professional monitor which is meant for that.

Which smartphone would be the best (more like least bad) for the most accurate possible color reproduction?

Would it be Apple? If yes, LCD or OLED models? If no, what would it be then?

You can download a free app to adjust the RGB levels anyways.

For accuracy, you want LG, Samsung, Apple, or ASUS

I use an app on my Galaxy S9+ though because it allows me to toggle a low blue light level to help save my eyes from strain.

Apple Products only let you run Apple Products, & they work great, but they basically turn Owers into like Apple Slaves... Android Phones, like Samsung provide Owners with more Free will, like allowing us to Use the Phones how we want to use them... We get more Freedom...

Im not exactly seeing how an overly expensive Smart Phone will be easier to get access to, then a House Computer...

- They Both Provide Problems
- They Both Cost roughly the same
- They Both have their share of issues
- You get more from a House PC
- You get more Freedom from a House PC
- Your House PC will have more maintenance...
- Your Cell Carrier will cut performance to force you to Upgrade too frequently...

I mean its up to you if you prefer a Phone...

Is there a reason you need the phone?

- No Room Space
- No Desk Room
- Dont have a Room

Just thought id ask...

Samsung has a reputation for oversaturated screens and I've seen it myself.

As for Apple, are LCD or OLED models more accurate?

And I already have both a great phone and a great PC, but I'm just wondering which phones have the most color accurate displays.

I think apple oled is best. Well im no expert but i have an iphone xs which is oled and the colors look great to me. Specially the blacks, it literally looks like the screen is off, unlike all my fancy gaming monitors etc which look grey in comparison.
