I have a R5 3600 + RTX 2060, what should I upgrade to gain FPS?
I mainly play R6 Siege and I get around 150-180 while streaming and around 200-230 while not. What should I upgrade to get more FPS?

Edit:

PC Specs
GPU: EVGA RTX 2060 KO
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

CASE: NZXT H500i
MOBO: MSI A320M-A PRO

what about ram, also maybe instead of an upgrade you could change some OS settings
Well, what's your screen refresh? As, honestly, you aren't going to notice any change upgrading, but, if you want more, you'll want both a faster cpu and gpu, which means going Intel and jumping up the gpu tree, do, new mobo as well, you'll gain a bit of GPS, but, it won't make a bit of difference, the frame time reduction going higher (which is what you are actually after) is like 1ms, and, it'll cost you.... Alot.

Best option would be to get a better screen if you don't already have a good high refresh panel as, unless you are genuinely competing in tournaments, for substantial prizes, it isn't worth it and in blind tests, it would be 90% luck to tell the difference.
What are the rest of your specs, including your monitor?

You need tri-SLI 2080Ti's so you can get 1000 fps. Should only cost like, $5-7K.

Back in the day people were happy with 30fps and 60fps was the premium experience. I actually shook my head a bit in disbelief when I first read your post.
Use SLOBS to stream with and pick your nvidia gpu as the encoder
Monitor refresh?
Budget?
Have you overclocked hardware?
Why are you not happy with 200FPS?
Your going to want a Monitor upgrade depending on what you have or a GPU upgrade.

I have a 144hz monitor right now and I wanna get a 240hz monitor someday, and I'm afraid my 150-180 FPS while streaming won't cut it.

Umm... you wont be pushing anywhere close to 240hz on most games so i really dont think thats a problem.

Overclock the GPU some if you havent, should help a little bit.

I think you have some misconceptions about some things and expecting more than you should maybe.

With that said
That motherboard unless someone wants to correct me, is somewhat lacking in itself which could actually be the main flaw in that system

other than that i'm not seeing a problem

Unless you're really onto getting 240 FPS while streaming, you may wanna consider the 3700X, but that would require a new motherboard, a B450 minimum, since A320s are not specifically designed for 8 core Ryzen CPUs.

Other than which... Nothing much except the GPU.
