Can you use realtek software with bluetooth headphones?
I have like three audio inputs through the line in ports in the back of my machine and was able to listen to all of them simultaneously through the realtek software with my old headphones with no delay. I bought some bluetooth cans thinking I could do the same thing but I can't seem to figure it out... Obviously I can use the listen function through windows but it introduces a huge delay which I just cant deal with. Any solutions?

no
the bt device has its own sound driver to use, not the onboard realtek driver

So there's pretty much no way to get delay free passthrough from other inputs if you're using a bluetooth headset?

No. If you want to use Bluetooth
The Aptx Low Latency, Aptx-LL codec the delay is around 40ms but you'd need a headset that uses the codec along with a BT dongle to transmit using it.

I use Creative BT-W2 USB Dongle

You'll still need a Aptx-LL headphones/headset to receive Aptx-LL.

Only transmits Audio. No microphone. For wireless Mic I use an Antlion Wireless Modmic.

I've read Bluetooth 5 has lower latency though I haven't tested it on PC to see how it compares to Aptx-LL. Sees pretty good BT 5 headphones to Phone and Tablet but I don't have a BT5 dongle to test on PC.

Well I'm actually using an Mpow on a pair of Bose QC 25s connected to a normal Bluetooth 4 adapter so I'm not sure if that will support that codec. I'll definitely look into that though.

PC = avoid BT, it's trash just like HDMI/DP audio from GPU.

Use analog or use a usb headset, or try a analog 3.5mm to usb adapter
