What mobo should I choose
I got two mobos in mind but it’s either the X570 A Pro bit one of the cons is I’ve heard it’s got bad VRMs otherwise I was thinking of getting the X570 gaming plus, I’m not sure if this one has the same issues but if anyone can let me know would be great thanks

Honestly, it's not like Intel chips where you can overclock the hell out of them so you need very good vrm's, with ryzen they are at 9/10ths out of the box already (though I guess 10th gen Intel is similar now) so either should handle stuff fine.

For me, I find it that by the time I want a new cpu, that a new mobo would also be an appropriate upgrade anyway, so buy it for the cpu you are looking to get and I'd look at other board features as a deciding factor, unless you plan to go mad with over clocking and benchmarking, in which case, you'll want to go up the range a few steps really.

What about the Aorus X570 elite?

Not enough to be worth it. Your mobo is fine as is.
You reckon there about equal then?
You have barely anything to gain unless you're running a 3950X.
I've read through this discussion so far, and I'm still not sure why you need X570. Some others have suggested B550, any reason those haven't been considered?
Beacuse I want it regardless if it’s on par with the X470 no less I don’t care if it’s got the same speeds as PCIe 3 instead of 4 I just want to know specifically if it’s on par with X470 or maybe one up from it atleast

Why?

The b550 is rubbish apparently in reviews and that’s last gen I just want to keep up
B550 has PCIe 4... There's literally nothing wrong with B550.

It's a motherboard. You're over thinking it.

I take in to consideration before switching boards, the vrm, temps, how buggy it’s bios is, and all sorts all I would like is a next generation board to keep up to date

Well I like to keep up to date and not be last gen if that makes sense

I like to stick with MSI boards as they seem reliable but what board msi dose that’s good below 200 I don’t know
MSI doesn't really have anything great for X570 below their Tomahawk.
I just had a look at the MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS would that be one up you reckon?
What cpu / memory are you running and how far are you planning to oc it all? As honestly, unless your going for a 3950X under a custom loop, you won't need to worry about this stuff and if you are, stop looking at budget motherboards.

That you are looking at £200 boards suggests you aren't going to be doing any of the above, which also suggests you won't be upgrading all your storage with shiny new high end pcie 4 ssd's and it sounds like you have an x470 already, which means any motherboard upgrade is kind if a waste of money.

I’ve got vengeance cosiar 3600, a 1tb NVMe m2 wd black for games and a wd blue 500gb for the operating system I don’t plan on overclockijg at all and I’ve got a Ryzen 3700x with windows 10 plus I got another 1tb m2 drive that’s PCIe 4 but is backwards compatable but obviously can’t use it at max speed without gen 4 and if this MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS dose have one lightning m2 slot for gen 4 then I’ll go for that one

So you are spending £200 to save a couple of seconds on a loading screen... https://youtu.be/QGdI2rNsWiE

I mean, I'm all for new toys and tech, but, that seems like throwing money away you could put towards a faster gpu, which would have a tangible benefit.

For gaming, there is no point in getting anything other than regular ssd's, I say this as someone with a bunch of nvme drives.
If you are doing production work like editing huge 4k+ video files, then the speed would be worth it, but, as you haven't mentioned anything like that, I feel it's important to point out that you are about to waste your money.

It doesn't. I'm using an X470 with a 3900X, it's more than enough.

Stop wasting money.
