Flashed bad router firmware

I tried updating firmware on one of my routers (ZTE ZXV10 W300)
Router firmware was w300V1.0.1a_ZRD SB and I tried flashing W300V2.0.0e_DR0_PL
It said "upload successful" and "wait for the router to reboot"
Then all LEDs on the router turned off.
I waited a few minutes and it still hasn't booted up.
I tried turning it off and on via power button but only few LEDs flash for a second and then they turn off again.

Is there a way to fix this?

that ic looks too close to the power supply end, probably the buck converter driver
edit: the 34063 is hte dc-dc converter, that might be its eeprom but there are 2 others on the right side that may be the one you want

if you try to program it while in the router, you will be powering the router/modem from your usb supply
may draw too much power and damage it or the eeprom burner
or if the board has the program io pins grounded, it cannot be programmed while in the board

first look up the ic number to see what it is and set the burner to its model

did you do other troubleshooting?
is it getting its 3v when turned on?
it looks like you replaced a few caps, may be a bad diode or other component

When you flash a router, even if it seems like it's not doing anything when done please do not power it off like you did. When you do the flash, it's just exacting the file into ram. When the lights go out it will take about 5-10 mins while it actually does the flash update to rom. It should finish and reboot all in its own. But please don't jump to "oh this is taking top long, lemme power cycle it" as this could kill it due to power off during flash update.

The website won't let me download files until I correctly solve the test.
The test consists of 6 electronic related questions and it's required to correctly answer 5 of them.
And you have only 2 tries per day.
I tried doing it for 3 days and always failed a few questions.

Can somebody please solve the test, download that file and upload it on Google Drive or somewhere for me?

I tried plugging in the programmer while it's connected to the board and the router and programmer LED lights up.
First I plugged it into the old PC. So if it damages something then it's not a big deal.

The red LED is for Intenet and the green one is for LAN4 (IDK why)

But I need the dump file for my router. I couldn't find it anywhere else except on that website from my previous comment.
