Doesn't have much of a problem going over 60 on balanced settings. RDR2 is not a game that anyone should expect very high FPS in.
The 5600 XT is an excellent GPU for 1080p, and sits in between the GTX 1660 Ti and RTX 2060 (being practically equal to the 2060 but the latter can pull ahead). It'll be fine in the vast majority of games at higher settings, but there will always be a few games like RDR2 that push most configurations to their limits. You can't base the experience on one demanding game that pushes the best GPUs available.
Corrected that for ya kurumi... Not like you are not making a completly absurd and stupid comparison between your RTX Titan and this 5600xt...
But you keep on fanboiing there kurumi, you do you!
