i wonder why you need bandwidth , the problem is that in my cottage i can't run this due to poor internet , but on my city i have enough bandwidth

my quess is that my graphics card is crap for this game

High res scenery is to be downloaded on demand, so internet connection is a must.

GT 1030 was never designed to be used for gaming, the GT series is essentially just to provide video for systems that lack integrated graphics.

CPU is pretty much fine because the difference between the i5-2400 and 4460 is tiny.

Flight simulators are usually quite heavy on CPU. Minimum specs probably only enable one to launch the game, but I doubt it can run well. Their recommended specs are R7 2700X or i7 9800X, so you get the idea.

A lot of newer games don't run very well on any quad-thread CPU, that's basically a given.

so it uses active downloadable scenery like flightgear instead of pre-installed like xplane

I thought the i5-2400 > ryzen 1200? I would upgrade to at least a 1650 super, would be a ~3x performance upgrade over the 1030 and see how it goes. Will be going from a 30w card to a 100w card so keep the PSU in mind...

Eh, they're about the same. Both are extremely underwhelming quad-thread CPUs.

by the way an expert?! : will be a demo for this simulator to check how my pc can handle it ??!

Ryzen 3 is at least 2x as powerful. The i5-2400 is almost 10 years old.

There might be a demo but I can already tell you that the game is not going to run well for you, if at all.

We'll see, because it's still not going to be out for at least a few more weeks. Regardless, it's not going to run well on a GT 1030 when the minimum requirement is an RX 570 or GTX 770, both of which are over twice as powerful.

I wouldn't say 2x based on one benchmark site because it's not very realistic for the topic here. Synthetics and real world performance are two different things, and the 1200 is not much better in single-core performance.

The R3 1200 and i5-4460 have very similar performance, with the 1200 being a small bit better in a lot of games, nowhere near 2x.

The i5-2400 and i5-4460 are basically the same, so i5-4460 vs Ryzen 3 1200 benchmarks will be effectively the same result for gaming. Also, hence why the minimum required CPUs are the 1200 and 4460, as they perform effectively the same in a lot of titles.
