Is it safe to clean PC case and tempered glass with fabric duster?
I've already been doing it for a while but I'm wondering if it's not recommended due to potential static build up or something like that.

I've used a normal duster and polish on PC cases for over 2 decades without any issues.

I also use swiffer dry refills on the outside of the pc case and monitor, remove the side panel to clean the inside of the side panel only, no problem

Just be gentle with tempered glass. Using a microfibre cloth to clean the glass is recommended to prevent potential scuffs and scratches

The static gets discharged when it touches the case again, assuming the case is plugged in/has a path to ground. Nothing to worry about electrically.
