Also, should you add everything to run on the GPU? Or should I only make it so games can only run it? Sorry if I'm asking a lot, I'm not too used to this PC stuff.
All of the data that goes to your screen come from the GPU. It's not like a laptop that will use the CPU integrated graphics to save power then turn on the GPU while gaming. Although there are ways to do that, there's really no benefit on a desktop. Your 1060 will be perfectly happy running all of your graphics.
