^Noctua with tall RGB RAM.
and you OC with that block?
that picture looks familiar :D
Well I overclock my I7-7700K with a Noctua at 5.0GHz (1.335v) and stay under Prime 95 at max temp of 69°C. If I would delid my i7 and change the TIM with liquid metal too about 10-20°C cooler.

dont use fan for any reason if u gonna oc
The NH-D15S is even better than that, it offsets further from the GPU leaving bigger gap.
It also offsets further forward, leaving enough room for Quad Channel 8 X DIMM setup slot better than NH-D15. Just compare the two designs, the Same is really clever and will be easier for TR X399 mobo compatible with the bigger contact base.
I can't recommend the S version enough. It's basically a shrunken NH-D15 with exact same performance, exact weight and one of the only two cooler rated 9.9/10 on Techpowerup and all other sites ever reviewed it. The only reason it didn't get 10 perfect score was Noctua messed up MSRP back in 2015 it was same price as NH-D15 but without 2nd fan, and has been fixed since.
