idk there might be a software but unlikely. you could get a skin for your selected component, some of them have rgb lights im pretty sure
That's not an RGB lighting motherboard; it does RED, that's it.
However it does support RGB strips to connect directly to that Motherboard and then you can control via the MSI Motherboard software.

I personally, physically remove LED's on my PC case, motherboard, etc, and the purchase LED's online an manually replace them. It's all very simple unless they're soldered directly to a PCB, then it's a little trickier. But if you have any questions regarding hardcore modifying LEDS shoot me a PM later. I build custome PC cases and take peoples PCB's and resolder colors of their choosing. For example, I took my boring power LED, which illuminates my power button, ripped it out, and soldered in 2 of the kinds of LED's that change through the RGB spectrum all by themselves with no controller, they're just built that way. Its a normal looking LED and when you apply 5v it just goes through every color, really cool. And stuff like your GPU, etc, depending on how easily accessible the LEDs are, you can EASILY switch everything to green. A 100 pack of green LED's can be bough for under $5 if you are really into doing custom work.

Good post. Changing LEDs is simpler than people realise.
if mobo has rgb header, then you should be able to plug the cooler into that and change color with software.
