MSI Dragon Center - What is Shift for?

I have a MSI Laptop and there is a 'Shift' option on it's Dragon Center. What does it mean and how does it work?

Its a feature that allows you to force the CPU & GPU into a level of performance you want.

Basically a performance profile selector that's User Friendly.

Do you know if there is anyway to reinstall it if it happened to be deleted?

Please list the full model# and we can easily link the downloads page from MSI's website.
